The English Small Batch Oloroso Sherry Cask

The English Whisky Company was the first English distillery to operate in over a century when it opened in Norfolk in 2006. Family-owned and rooted in traditional methods, the distillery focuses on single malts made entirely in-house from local barley and water, distilled in copper pot stills, and matured on site.

This small batch release was fully matured in Oloroso sherry casks, giving the whisky rich depth and a nutty, spiced character. Expect classic sherried notes of dried fruit, toasted oak, and a long, warming finish that balances sweetness and structure.
