The Spirit of Bristol Sloe Berry Gin

A truly independent local distillery, created by Pete Lumber, The Spirit of Bristol is a business dedicated to creating quality craft products, committed to sustainability, community building and quality - everything we believe in at Spirited. 

The sloe berry gin is made by steeping handpicked sloe berries from Norfolk and Suffolk into the Hotwells Spiced Gin, before finishing with a bespoke botanical distillate including Tonka Bean and Cassia Bark. Expect fruit, warming winter spices and beautifully balanced, gently sweet sloe gin.
