Our favourite recipe for a dry vodka martini:
50ml Boatyard Vodka
25ml Cocchi Extra Dry Vermouth
Stir vodka and vermouth in an ice-filled mixing glass until perfectly chilled and just diluted. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
