Whisky Tasting with The Heart Cut | An Exploration of Smoke

As we enter the cooler months, and start turning our minds to bonfires, we are delighted to welcome the fantastic co-founder of The Heart Cut, Georgie Bell, back to Spirited for a fun tasting focused on smoky flavours. 

The Heart Cut is a multi-award winning independent bottler founded by whisky-loving husband and wife duo Georgie and Fabrizio in 2024. They focus on bottling delicious single casks with a story to tell. This tasting will be particularly focused on the different styles of smoke that can be found in their bottlings, as we sample some really unique single cask whiskies from around the world, alongside some paired smoky snacks.
