The Collina & Co Espresso Martini is a collaboration with bartender Pietro Collina, combining vodka, real espresso, and coffee liqueur at a full 20% ABV—matching the strength of a bar‑made serve. The 140 ml can is designed with a 20 ml headspace to help create a crema; after shaking for 12 seconds and pouring into a coupe, real foam and aroma result, just like a freshly prepared drink.
