White Peak Distillery, located in Derbyshire’s Peak District, is the maker behind Wire Works whisky. Drawing on the region’s industrial heritage and natural resources, the distillery produces small-batch single malts, experimenting with as much as they can in their process and cask selection in the pursuit of great flavour.
This exciting limited release is the first ever unpeated whisky from the distillery, and uses the heritage barley strain Chevallier (believed to be the only example in contemporary distilling). The result is extra creamy, nutty, malty, delicious whisky. Wouldn't have expected anything less from this highly respected distillery.
