Wire Works Pineau des Charentes Finish

White Peak Distillery, located in Derbyshire’s Peak District, is the maker behind Wire Works whisky. Drawing on the region’s industrial heritage and natural resources, the distillery produces small-batch single malts using lightly peated malt and copper pot stills. The team focuses on flavour development through fermentation and cask selection, with sustainability and transparency at the heart of their process.

This expression is finished in Pineau des Charentes casks. We LOVE Wire Works and we love Pineau des Charentes - a fairly rare fortified wine from the Cognac region. The result is a delicate fruity expression of lightly peated Wire Works.
