Drawing on the region’s industrial heritage and natural resources, the distillery produces small-batch single malts using lightly peated malt and copper pot stills. The team focuses on flavour development through fermentation and cask selection, with sustainability and transparency at the heart of their process.

Caduro is a core release from White Peak Distillery, made using a vatting of multiple cask types to achieve greater complexity. This batch combines ex-bourbon, STR (shaved, toasted, recharred) red wine, and virgin oak casks, offering a richer, spicier take on the Wire Works style. It’s robust and layered, with notes of baked apple, charred oak, pepper, and sweet malt.
