Whisky Tasting and Beer Pairings with The Heart Cut

Indie bottlers The Heart Cut are focused on celebrating whiskies from distilleries around the world. With a passion for spirits, the stories behind them and the people that make them, they are sourcing only the best casks to showcase the spirit and craftsmanship of some of the more unusual distilleries around the globe. 

With only 12 bottlings under their belt, and having only launched in 2023, The Heart Cut have already been awarded Independent Bottler of the Year in the Icons of Whisky awards. 

We are delighted to welcome multi-award winning whisky expert and Heart Cut co-founders Georgie Bell and Fabrizio Leoni back to Spirited to share their story, and the latest drams from their range alongside a pair of local beers.
