Woven Homemade

Woven is an independent whisky blending studio located in Leith, Edinburgh. The team focuses on creating small-batch blends that highlight specific flavour profiles and production techniques. Their approach involves combining traditional methods with contemporary blending practices to produce distinctive Scotch whiskies.

The 'Homemade' expression is a blended Scotch whisky comprising over 70% malt content, sourced from two Speyside single malts and a Lowland single grain whisky. The blend is matured for over 70 days in a combination of casks: 1/3 in Pedro Ximénez (PX) quarter casks, 1/3 in Palo Cortado hogsheads, and 1/3 in refill bourbon casks. This maturation process aims to enhance the whisky's texture and mouthfeel.
