The annual winter release from the highly sought after lowland distillery has arrived. The Daftmill 2011 winter release is as unique as every whisky from this tiny distillery, having been made entirely with barley from a single harvest from the Fife-based farm in Cupar.
One of only 7,500 bottles, this single malt was bottled from 27 carefully selected bourbon barrels filled in December 2011.
