Hell's Stone Whisky ‐ Single Cask (Bourbon)

Pocketful of Stones distillery in Cornwall are making a wonderful variety of spirits, including single malt whisky, working with local breweries to create a beer base for them to distill. 

This is their second single cask release, using English Pale Ale from Black Flag Brewery, made from 100% pale malt and Nottingham yeast. This was then triple distilled, and aged in a single bourbon barrel for 4 years.
